To view search results in a structured table, you can click the Grid button on the search results page:
This will open a view that looks like this:
The entries in this table can be further filtered by using the filter text box to the right side.
Additionally, each column of the table can be searched and filtered. To search based on values in a column, simply type a value next to the magnifying glass and press Enter. To filter a column by preselecting unique values, simply click the filter icon.
To sort by a column, you may click the columns title in a toggle fashion, switch between ascending and descending order. Right clicking on a column also provides a convenient sorting pop-up menu.
To group the values in the table by a particular column, drag the columns title to the area that states "Drag a column header here to group by that column". This results in the table restructuring such that you can expand and colapse the values you have selected to to group by. For example, here I have chosen to group by "Class":
To remove grouping, simply drag the column title(s) back to the table.
Columns in the grid can also be reordered left or right by simply dragging and dropping them in the preferred order.
Columns can also be selectively chosen by invoking the column chooser by pressing this button:
Lastly, data in the grid can be exported in Microsoft Excel (trademark simple needed here?) format by pressing this button:
